"Cousin's has always been my go to for sub sandwiches. While there's no one location I prefer, this location is the closest to me so this is the one I usually order from. My order is never complex, but each time the food has been great, and always on time."

"The manager on duty was extremely rude and discourteous as was the cashier working. Upon entering restaurant i went to a booth as i was placing order on the app and manager yells across restaurant " you cant b just sitting in here. U gotta order something or getout." I said iwas ordering on the app. She rolled her eyes and then kept staring at me until i approached counter with a question. Tried to use a coupon on the app with no actual expiration and manager tried to make me feel stupid saying it was only good on day i recieved it and i should known that. Even after cashier looked at coupon and didnt know why i couldnt use it."

"Quality has gone down. Tuna is poor quality now, dark and scaley and has a strong fishy taste. Steak meat is also poor quality now. Is this just this store trying to cut corners? Come on Cousins, don't drop the ball and become Subway."

"I bought a strawberry shake and it was absolutely awful. Taste like kids Nesquik strawberry powder and it was more soupy milk than any kind of ice cream in it at all it was absolutely disgusting I had to throw it away. The sandwich I bought was a Philly steak and it's not bad for a fast food sandwich definitely eatable. I would give the sandwich three stars and the shake one star at best"

"I come here often because after a long day of seeing patients I sometimes just want some good ol’ comfort food. However it never fails for them to always take forever and I miss out on my lunch which by the way is an hour long. Or the food quality is not up to par. I ordered an Italian special with extra lettuce and receive the regular amount of lettuce. I also ordered a cup of chili that was colder than room temperature. I had asked for cheese to be added so I got charge extra for the additional cheese which I don’t mind. However, I would’ve never ordered the soup if I knew it would’ve been cold to the point where the cheese did not even melt one bit. I ended up throwing away the soup due to it being cold. I unfortunately still come here often due to it being so close to my job. And I continue to tell myself to be competent due to once working in the food industry. However at this point I am just kind of fed up with the excessive amount of time they take making the orders even when you order in the drive-through or ahead of time. They always have you waiting more than 20 minutes expect to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-through if there’s one car ahead of you. I guess it’s time for me to just find a new sub place that’ll comply with their job’s mission."
