"If I'm gonna order a rootbeer I expect a root beer not a dr pepper. I pulled up like they asked and I waited for my food. I told the lady the drink was wrong she took the drink back and brought back a root beer, but she filled the enter cup with ice. They asked if I wanted sauce I said BBQ. I got none in the bag. I also asked for ketchup at the speaker and at the window before driving up I got no sauce in the bag."

"The morning crew is usually great! This evening, I went to get a kids burger for my son. Once i ordered and paid, I was told to pull forward. It took over 15 minutes just to get the burger. Not only did it take a long time, but they forgot the applejuice that was supposed to come with as well as gave me the wrong burger... The only reason for 2 stars is because of the morning crew. I just called the store to speak to a manager. The manager was rude on the phone and told me I had to come back to get the correct burger after already arriving home instead of just offering a reimbursement. Recommend that you don't go to this burger king. It's gone downhill fast."

"The crew at this BK is top notch. Mr. Payne has assembled a good crew and my orders are always correct and tasty. I pick up there very often for a shut-in and surprisingly I've never experienced anything fried in dead, overused, nasty, stinky oil like I have at so many fast food restaurants."

"Spicy crispy chicken wrap for $3 was very tasty and the ghost pepper chicken fries are FIRE too, I love them. I had chicken fingers a few years ago and they sucked but these were SO GOOD! For what they get paid the staff was excellent, too! Some of them have bright futures in customer service ahead, for sure."
