"Took forever in line only had 2 cars infront of me. Had a simple order. The guys had trouble with hearing me. But the food was fine."

"I waited in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes. Then, when I got to the speaker to order, no one spoke for another 5 min. I finally realized they placed a new employee on the register during the busiest time of the day. Also they were out of several types of drinks."

"Hungry? So is everyone else wanting a cheap, “quick” bite. Be mindful that you will be idling your car while waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to place your order. Comes with a FREE side of food poisoning, that’s the perk of unsanitary, mishandling from miserable employees that would rather be anywhere else. Very disappointed, but what did I even expect?"

"Went today for a $5 biggie bag deal and sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes. I asked if they had chicken snack wraps and the cashier said we can make one and when I asked the price he said $6?! I said what?! And he said it’s the ‘dinner size’. I asked you mean like a meal deal? I said forget it. When I finally got to the window I had a long wait to get my food. I found this chicken wrap in there and I said I didn’t want it back at the speaker. He said he’d have to find a manager to take it off my order and I said forget because at this point my lunch break was almost over. Never got a receipt but my total was like $12? I can’t even go back to make a complaint! Well, the food was cold, fries were stale, and that chicken wrap was a joke. I didn’t eat much of it but sure got a heck of a stomachache after. Never again! At least not this location because Wendy’s is usually decent. This store needs some improvements."
