"Do not commit to a walk in thinking you will have your vehicle back in a couple hours. Called in the am and asked if their schedule would be able to accommodate a walk in arriving at 10am. They say yes to them all . Vehicle wasn't ready until damn near 330. Was told 2Pm the latest. If you need installed asap just stick it out and wait until schedule permits. Walk in got done but with out wheels for the entire day which wasn't explained by management"

"They do not have a express bay service, for when you come in with one tire going flat. They call it walk in service, but you wait behind every customer getting full sets of tires. Was told about a five hour wait. This is while my truck sits in there lot, with tire getting flatter. This set of tires was bought at this store with full extended warranty coverage. I had to call AAA to come to Discount Tires parking lot to change my now completely flat tire. I will never buy another set of tires from Discount Tire again!"

"I called them on Monday and told them I had 8 bald tires on my trailer. They didn’t have the tires in stock and I was told they would be in by noon on Tuesday. Got there on Tuesday and was told the tires came in but I didn’t have an appointment. Why would I order tires and not want them put on? And why wouldn’t he ask if I wanted to have them put on rather than assume I just wanted to buy tires? Anyways, 5 1/2 hours later they finally have the tires put on."

"Ordering tires and scheduling install online was extremely easy. Was greeted by an extremely friendly mechanic named Dyson. Very helpful! I was in and out in about an hour. The place was extremely busy with a line almost out the door and phones ringing constantly. Staff remained professional and most importantly kind. Great crew here!"
