Buffalo Wild Wings

"The food was what you'd expect from Buffalo wild wings. The waitress was friendly but our order was messed up. For example we ordered cheesecake with caramel sauce on the side and what we got was cheese curds with caramel sauce. When I said I asked for cheesecake with caramel sauce on the side she said "I thought you asked for cheese curds with caramel sauce?" We didn't noticed we were charged for the curds until after we left. We were told we weren't being charged for the curds but ultimately were. The atmosphere was terrible as there was a family there which we understand there's going to be children there and that's fine but when the kid is running around making screeching noises throughout the stay and the parents just laughed it made it a less pleasant stay."

"Worst service we’ve experienced! Sat at bar. Only 4 other people at bar. Took 15 min to be acknowledged. Had to ask another server if we should go to a table to be served. Bartender never cleared the bar from previous patrons - bottles, glasses and food trays all over for the hour we were there! Hamburger was WELL DONE and burned. Bar tender never asked how food was. Had to grab another server to get another beer. CRAZY!!!"

"Walked in and were seated promptly. Took quite a while for a server to come to us even though the store was almost empty. When we ordered drinks it had taken quite a while to get those as well. We ordered wings and a salad that were both brought out wrong, which they did quickly correct for us relatively quickly."

"We walked in and it was almost empty. Took us forever to get a waitress and the food was cold. They brought us our food and never came back to check on us until it was time to pay. Couldn’t even waive the waitress down because she was behind the bar the whole time. When she finally came back we told her the food was cold. She apologized but didn’t take any money off of the bill (which was $50)! My kids didn’t even eat their chicken because it wasn’t warm enough. Won’t be back."
