"Ordered a burrito with sour cream and didn't get the sour cream. They weren't busy I was the only one in line and the parking lot was empty. Sad!"
"There is always a problem at this location. For example they had to close early because they ran out of beef. Another time they couldn't take orders because computer was down. Several times I've been told when placing an order it needed to be credit card or exact change. Today the drive thru was closed. This location is run very poorly."
"This location needs to be shut down at this point. I’ve gone to this place 3 times before and every time I went it was just terrible service, terribly made tacos, and honestly an all around bad and annoying experience. I thought I could give this place another chance sense it was the closest Taco Bell to me at the time. I shouldn’t have expected any different. Got told “we’re trying to close what do you want” at 10(it says online they close at 12) and was spoken rudely to the whole time I was ordering my food. It got to the point that I got pissed and decided to leave my order and go somewhere else. Only way I see this place staying open is if management hires new stuff because unfortunately the current staff aren’t cutting it."
