"Food tastes good but portions keep getting smaller."

"Although I waited an insane amount of time before someone came to the counter to take orders, I'm still giving 5 stars. The food was very good and the staff was very nice and friendly. It was busy, so it's understandable, but next time please acknowledge the counter people too and just say "I'll be right with you" instead of pretending you didn't see the 5 or 6 people standing there in line."

"Every time I order a beef and cheddar they give me a plain roast beef and the wrong sauce. Used to be better, now it sucks. People there are nice though."

"Does everybody see this? This is a raw burger disgusting and my mom ate half of it and did not know it was raw from Arby’s. This is unacceptable. I don’t know who they got working up here but they need to be fired before they lose their job"

"The guy who took care of us was pretty nice. BUT OMG THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF BUN THE ROAST BEEF WAS ON BUT IT WAS HARD AND VERY DRY!!! AND FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY WHERE IS THE ROAST BEEF!!???? THE SANDWICHES ME AND MY DAUGHTER GOT THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ROAST BEEF!!! DEFINITELY DID NOT LOOK REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE PICTURES THEY PUT UP!!! Why put up pictures when your food looks NOTHING LIKE THAT!!! I was Extremely disappointed with the food!, Me and my daughter both took off the top of the bun because it was too hard and dry!! And can’t call the store cuz all they do is get an attitude!! Save myself the headache!!! And we walked there!!! Should have walked to McDonald’s probably would have been better AND I DON’T EAT OR LIKE MCDONALD’S!!! AND NO COUPONS!!!"
