"No Cole slaw, I paid for potato salad. No potato salad. Half burnt fries. Extra dark chicken. What happened to this restaurant? It used to be the go to for fresh fried chicken and fries. Paid $30 for garbage. They threw anything in a bag."

"Food was good but the service stunk as usual. Ordered a Black Jack Burger and some cheese curds, the guy barely understood me and I even asked him to repeat the order twice, I only got the burger with 'chees cerd' written on my receipt. Wasn't charged for the curds thankfully but bro what"

"I guess I'm gonna have to give y'all a break. I don't know if it's new owners or new cooks, but everything has been off lately. Today, I ordered 2 salads and a 12 piece sesame sauce wings. I don't recall asking for grapes on my salad, but after further review, they're just unripe tomatoes. Why you thought it was a good idea to put these ugly, nasty looking, green tomatoes on my salads is beyond me. And I don't know what this brown spot is on my egg. You never even bothered to put sauce on my wings. All of the sauce is at the bottom of the container. I guess it was too much of a bother to toss my wings in the sauce."

"The food that was delivered was barely warm and everything we ordered was soggy. Special requests were not honored (we asked for white meat only - and would have paid extra). The pieces of chicken were TINY, like 3 bites and gone. I also can't believe I paid almost $6 for the "garlic bread appetizer" and it was literally two 6" slices of mushy barely cooked bread. This was the first time ordering from here, and we will probably never order from here again, we were so disappointed."
