"Not sure why people hate on starbucks so much. Great service from staff especially while they are busy and understaffed. I like to relax in the store and drink my coffee but sometimes its hard when customers complain so much about issues that end up being their own fault. If customers had more common sense (and could read their own name) it would make it easier on everyone."
"Great store and great employee. A lot of customers that come to this location need to learn manners, common sense, and patience. The employees get blamed for mistake that customers make like not reading a name on the food item or drinks or not listening for their names to be called. They complain about waiting so long and yet still order from the same Starbucks even when there are more close by. This Starbucks team gets so much hate for no reason."
