"The staff was friendly, but my overall experience was very disappointing. I had looked online and found 4 dresses that I knew I wanted to try, so I got to try those right away. Except, they didn't have my size in 3 of the dresses, so I was stuck trying things that were way too small or way too large and didn't give me a great idea of what a dress in my size would actually look like. I asked if they order specific size dresses for people to try in store - they do not. This is no fault to the staff! Sounds like it's a David's Bridal policy. The 1 dress that was my size was incredibly see-through, and I ultimately wouldn't feel comfortable in it. They said quite a few people buy dresses off the rack, but few of the dresses I looked at had makeup stains or fake tan stains from other people trying them on. I would recommend looking elsewhere for bridal dresses."

"We visited David's for the first time on Feb 5th 2024. Looking for a dress for a formal party. We had spent a few hours looking over the options at other places in town which really seemed to have so-so variety of one or two dresses you felt "might" be ok. The minute you come in David's, you are greeted by smiling, friendly staff. The whole place is clearly at a higher level of quality in the layout of the store, and the cut of the dresses, and engagement of the staff. In a few minutes we were weighing 3 or 4 options that were all outstanding. The one we picked was the perfect match for the beautiful form and features of the lady. We were also highly impressed by Meagan, the sales manager. We put a high value on customer service, and Meagan is superb. She engaged us in a very winsome way, full of experience in the trade and with a lot of good advice. Guys, if you are aiming to get your lady a great dress, I recommend that David's is your most direct route to the best success."
