"Ollie was suuuuper helpful. You can tell he is a seasoned vet when it comes to skateboarding. He helped me out together my first deck, taking the time to go over in detail each part he was adding to the deck. He made the interaction fun, comfortable, and 100% worthwhile. "Horrible experience with Andrew. I will not ever being returning to this store. I was there to buy a skateboard for my daughter and he laughed sarcastically when I told him that. Completely rude and arrogant. He also made a snarky comment under his breath about the shoes I was wearing. Since when is something wrong with wearing Pumas, lol? Hopefully employees like this aren't at all Zumiez locations. Geesh.."

"I went to zumiez yesterday and built a complete for about $160. I kind of felt rushed by the girl who helped me. When I got home the trucks made a terrible clicking noise when I would turn and required a lot of force to tighten. I went back the next day and was helped by Landon. He identified the problem with the trucks and has placed an order for new trucks. He was very patient for being the only person there that day and seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Overall was a good experience."
