"The sales Staff spoke very disrespectfully of the shoppers in front of other shoppers. While checking out two staffers described a couple looking to buy furniture as "taking their sweet time" and " it's the red head in really gaudy red lipstick" while rolling their eyes. I asked them if they typically talk about customers like that in front of other customers and she said "yeah idk it's been a day". There were close to a dozen other customers around when they were speaking like that. I would hate to ask for help and hear how they describe me."

The staff were super helpful, there was a nice selection to choose from, the store was clean, and there were very clear signs and floor markings to maintain social distancing during covid right now. They also told me that I have three days from tomorrow to pick up my new furniture set, which is a helpful window for me. I was so impressed that I set up a rewards card!"
