"My family and I went to eat, and the gentleman in the red was working very hard to try to cook food for everyone that was waiting. He asked for help several times, and the kids in the black just laughed at him and thought it was a joke I even went to as far as getting the manager. The manager came back, walk-through the kitchen and left, what a shame I have been very proud of this grocery store. We enjoy coming here but if that’s how you treat your employees, it makes a customer wonder"

"Went in to grab something quick but needed to use the restroom. While there there was a man that was clearly in need of mental health help. The store manager that handled it was so kind understanding and helpful. This was my first time visiting this store. Just because that experience I’ll definitely return."

"I typically love this store. Today was the first time eating in the food area. The food was great; however, tables were absolutely dirty (dishes left and not wiped down ans napkin holders had no napkins in them). I went to get forks and no forks....asked a worker who yelled they are over there...no they were empty. He seemed mad that I asked for forks."

Wow! This amazing entertainment district grocer can help you with apparel, home goods, decorations & tasty temptations to cater for any "winning" tailgate party! Inside, there are mini-cafe/bistro areas & seating--even a "family" fireplace! Sooo many kids helping parents shop! Even fun race car & tractor carts. My kids didn't want to leave, and the kid in me can't wait to grocery shop here again next Packer Season visit. Employees are professional, energetic & well versed in their products. Especially staff in the bakery, meat & frozen departments deserve a virtual high five for friendliness and exemplary service! Only downside... Dear Hy-Vee: Please consider stocking your Midwest's frozen tundra dairy jewel: Blue Moon Ice Cream. Mmm. Hy-Vee, you're still phenomenal."
