"It’s smelled like sewage. It was dirty. The portion sizes were not standard DQ sizes…much smaller. When I said so, they added more ice cream to the cone then weighed it to show me it was 5.5 ozs. When I pointed out it was only close to normal after they added ice cream, they continued to argue. They argued with me that I was ordering a sundae when I was not ordering a sundae. The oil was likely rancid. The fries were very old, horrible tasting and completely limp and oil soaked. And not a single teenager as staff to be seen anywhere. All adults. This is so sad. We have a DQ in our town and will have to travel away from our own town to actually enjoy a normal DQ experience. Corporate Headquarters needs to get involved. This is by far the worst DQ we have ever experienced in many decades. This location is literally ruining all the typical standards expected at a DQ franchise. And the standard DQ reply to other complaints similar to this will not do well to maintain customer loyalty. So unfortunate as DQ has always been a great place to have a fun night and enjoy a treat. Dirty, smelly, rude and likely unsafe is how I would describe this location. Needless to say, we can’t, in good conscience, ever return."

"I went drive through 7:08 got my food at 7:29. Went for the fries as i was pulling away not barely luke warm actually cool in temperature cold fries suck. The double cheeseburger tasted good but also cold patties how dare you charge almost $12.00 for this porly prepared meal and definitely not filling at all. I'm still hungry. Ill never eat here again. I used a coupon so I only spent. $4.24. And that's definitely all it was worth. I would have been angry if I spent the 11.97. I'm just very disappointed and wont be coming back."

"I ate at this location for the first time today. The food was soooo fresh and delicious. The brownie oreo cupfection with caramel instead of fudge was the BOMB. I will definitely be back"

"What happened to Dairy Queen? We bought a Dairy Queen signature Fudge & Crunch ice cream cake yesterday. My whole family is very disappointed! As you can see from the pictures, the first one is from their website. The second and third one are from the cake we bought. The inner crunchy part which is hollow and takes half the volume of the cake, is filled with loosen Oreo crumbs and has no fudge. The bottom part barely has an ice cream layer. We bought a cake back in October, it was hollow then, we thought it was just our bad luck. But apparently, our luck runs out from DQ forever. We always loved DQ’s ice cream cake; unfortunately, the quality is getting so poor. That’s really a shame!"
