"I have used Dunn’s Import for all my auto needs for years now. First my Audi A4 and more recently my Mercedes Benz C300 AMG. They do excellent work and when they recommend any fixes they priority code them as “serious, should be done now,” to “hey, something you should pay attention to and think about getting it fixed down the road.” They are very customer-friendly and consummately professional. I strongly recommend them."

"Called for an estimate. No return call after a week (this should’ve been a red flag). Finally decided to drive my Audi to their Middleton shop to get an estimate. Gave an overly inflated estimate compared to their competitors (yes they even went higher than the estimate I received from Zimbrick Audi!). Told me I’m better off selling my 5-year old Audi with 30k miles because it needs a new transmission. Luckily for me, they didn’t know that I have experience working on cars and it turned out to just need a $50 seal. I can’t imagine the panic their false information can impose on a regular customer (who doesn’t have an in-depth knowledge of cars and car repair) walking in and being told they now have to sell their new-ish car! Clearly they just didn’t want to work on my car, still unclear as to their reasoning for this. It would’ve been easier and less waste of everyone’s time to just tell me to go somewhere else. There are plenty of better independent shops in Madison for your European cars. Please do your research and don’t waste your time and money settling for this one. Plus, the customer service people were rude and treated me like I interrupted an important conversation they were having with each other. Not sure how they’re still in business to be honest."
