"My husband and I stopped today and had great service. My issue is with management/owners. First a woman came out from the back berating an employee about a mistake that was made. She was loud and not professional at all. Then the man came out started talking to the 2 employees a but again in front of customers and not in a way that should be done over an onion ring/fry mix up. Take them in back and talk to them like humans. Don’t treat them like idiots and embarrass them"

"Stopped in for supper while visiting family in town. Staff were very friendly and attentive while taking my order, and the facility was very clean. I ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese fries and a chocolate shake, everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the shake was very rich and delicious. Compared to the other places around Milwaukee like Oscar's and Kopp's I think Jumbo's has better flavor and doesn't overcook the patties. Will definitely recommend and return again."

"The food is amazing, without a doubt. My only complaint is that I downloaded the menu to order with co-workers. Each burger was about $5 and onion rings were ~$2.50 on the menu from their website. When I called in, I was told a larger total than I was expecting. Turns out those prices are 3 years old and there's been a 65% increase in price. I think it is about time they update that menu."

"Our visit here last year in Dec was great, the food was good. I brought my friend here yesterday because I remembered how great the burgers were. We're not from the area, we took the kids to Regner. So we both ordered burgers and they were disappointingly so greasy. Like soggy, wet buns. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and all I could taste was grease. The employees are so super nice there though, I'm just wondering what changed since the last time we were there? It's nice that the kids meals come with a scoop of ice cream, the kids were happy."

"Good big burger and custard place in West Bend. Service was great, very patient with ordering. Lots of shake and malt options. Bigger servings than culvers, more like Kopps in mileaukee area. Onion rings were the best."
