"I was in a hurry when I purchased a set of body jewelry when I got home realized I purchased gold instead of silver. I went to exchange today to get the right color and they don’t do returns or exchanges. They should have this posted somewhere so that you know. I knew better than to buy from a company I had never heard of before."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars, I went in looking for some new jewelry and left extremely displeased by the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced! While browsing the jewelry an employee with red hair and a nasty attitude hovered over me, invading my personal space the whole time I was in the store, as I moved to another section of the store she followed, she practically threw a basket at me to hold my items and then as I was still looking tried to snatch the basket from my hands. She also rudely told me to put the items I did not want back at the register, it was extremely embarrassing, she made it seem as though I was trying to steal and made it obvious to other customers in the store (I spent more than 60 dollars in jewelry). To top everything off she refused to check me out when I was finished shopping, she forced her sweet coworker whom was already helping another customer to ring me up while she stood behind me glaring. The store also smells disgusting, walking in I was met by a rancid, nauseating smell that had me on the verge of puking. Worst shopping experience ever, don’t waste your money at this establishment they treat you like a thief."

"Took my 9 mth y/o daughter here to get her ears pierced. The first time, the piercing was done crooked and had to be removed (the backing was literally lower than the earring). Came back next day, and the lady did the piercing too low, and literally got my babies ear STUCK in the piercing gun!!! After removing the piercing for the second time, would def recommend you NOT get ear piercings here!"
