"I wasn’t able to pickup an order for a few hours so I called and told them the situation, They completely refused to refund or remake my order. I guess standing around on your phone is more important than a customer. Super rude and somehow under qualified employees."

"Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Coffee was borderline undrinkable, I waited after ordering for 15 minutes and it didn’t have my name on it, I watched un attended 10 year olds touch it because I had no idea it was even mine. I had to argue I had a sandwich, the lady just left it in the oven, funny thing was that was pretty much the only edible thing. Just drive to sun prairie. There’s a nicer coffee place behind metro."

"I ordered a cold brew, paid and as I was walking away I heard one employee tell the one that just took my payment - we don’t have cold brew. The individual running the cash register said. “well I just sold like five.” So they offered me an iced coffee, I declined because it’s not the same and I asked for a refund. They looked at me baffled and then one individual told me I had to take my receipt to customer service to get a refund. Upon looking at my receipt they entered the wrong drink anyways so I’m glad I never actually got it. Overall poor communication amongst employees and poor customer service."
