"Custom Roman tub and shower built and full bathroom remodel. ❤️We adore the new bathroom even with small imperfections. Expected to pay around 25000, ended spending 30000$ all included. Pros: the workers are mostly experts Con: most of those we met, struggle with English and it is hard to communicate Pros: Sam is committed to excellence, goes out of his way to listen and find solutions Cons: Elegant did site visit but didn’t check underneath the raised foundation despite 1950s home. We paid unanticipated extra 1800$ plus extra material. NB. With older homes: Make sure you look at your pipes and set aside cash for wall and floor damage Pros: they work like a family business with professional pride. Nice people. It takes time to choose everything for a full remodel. Elegant takes time to help you. - We got schluters not knowing what they were, so they bought them back for 200$ :) Cons: Every change of order with the exception of hidden damage could have been anticipated. They drive a hard bargain and it’s tiring to negotiate. Everything is expensive. Get everything you can think of in the contract. They are open to questions. Do your research. - painting windows isn’t automatically done in contract for eg Elegant will keep getting better by learning from experiences like ours. In the end, expect to need to very very present, if you want things just so. They built the bathroom my husband designed, hurrah! Despite wishing Elegant Bath and Kitchens was more meticulous and perfectionist for our remodel, a very expensive under taking for us. I would recommend them. BTW: we ordered and swapped out many fixtures before choosing final. Be very careful to check on possible fixtures with Sam. Lots of pain."

"Hired Elegant Kitchen and Bath to renovate all 4 bathrooms in my house and they performed an absolutely wonderful job. The customer centric experience starts from the time Tim visited the property to do the estimate and continues to visiting the showroom for design ideas, to the excellent renovation provided by Sam/Carlos and the work team, to the follow up visit mid-project by the owner Gilbert. The entire renovation project proceeded according to plan and finished ahead of schedule. When we had questions or touch up requirement after the project was completed, the response was immediate, responsible and accurate. 5 star service, 5 star experience. Highly recommended."
