"I will not shop at home Depot any longer they don't follow there own rules written by there bosses , I seen employees harassed by other employees and managers were told about the problem of one person and nothing was down to solve the problem, I am building a house next year and was going to purchase a lot of things from the grand chute store ,but from what I have witnessed in there store I will take my business to Menards or Lowe's were I know I will be treated with respect , my list was about 40,000 dollars and now will be spent at a store that respects there customers and there employees,"
"One of home Depot managers with a name Jason Sche is very disrespectful, rude and racist. I decided to return an item that I purchased online. Inside the box, there are some empty spots. He looked in the box and started accusing me of stealing without even checking the item online. I respectfully explained to him that the idem came with missing spots. So, after a while of refusing to approve my return, he decided to look online to check the item. At his big surprise, I was right. He then asked one of the employees to do my return. He doesn't even apologize and started walking away."
"Bought 27 ton Champion log splitter and they even helped me load it on my trailer. Buy all my Rigid battery operated tools at Home Depot. They sell quality products and wish they would put one in Oshkosh, WI."
"Placed an online order for pickup. I went to the service desk where order pickups were marked to be. I stood at the counter waiting for the lady as she was doing something at the computer. When the rude lady at the service desk 6/13/23 around 8am acknowledged me she asked what I needed and I told her I was there for an online order pickup. She told me to wait a minute and she finished up what she was doing. When she was done she told me to read her the order number, so I did. After getting the order number she told me that, that order was at the PRO desk and to go down there. I asked her if she could point me in the correct direction as I was unfamiliar with the store. She told me it was "on the other side of the store" and went back to looking at her computer. I walked down to the PRO service desk after realizing it was on the front of the store (Couldn't see the sign for it from where I was standing at the service desk/online pickup desk). I stood at the PRO desk looking for an associate for a good 5-7 minutes. (Yes, I timed it as I had already been at the store for a while at the other counter waiting for assistance). After standing at the counter for a while and watching the coke vendors and some what appeared to be off the clock employees walk by I finally caught a brake for a cashier (Peg) what had been helping customers at a different check out. Once I got her attention and asked if she was able to help me another employee who said he had just clocked in, in the back put his items on the counter and started to ring himself up while she was attempting to help both of us. During this time another employee walked past talking about how there was a vehicle out in the PRO area with a flat tire. Eventually she (Peg) handed me the paperwork and told me it should be down the isle and I could pick it or wait for someone to help me. She walked me to the isle to point down it in the general direction of where I should be going. As she was gesturing down the isle another employee walked in from outside and checked on us. He offered to go grab the material and told me he would meet me outside in the PRO area. I went to pull up my truck and noticed the SUV with the flat tire. The gentleman and myself loaded up my truck and he went back inside while I strapped down my purchase. As I was leaving I saw the lady with the SUV and the flat tire come out and load up here purchase. As she started to pull away I turned around to flag her down. She noticed the flat time before I got back and pulled over under the canopy. As I pulled back around there was an employee helping another customer. I stopped to see if she needed help. While pulling around to park I saw another two employees walk out, look at her vehicle, and then go back inside. I parked and started helping the lady. While I was helping her I saw at least two more employees come out, look at us, and go back inside. I understand it is not there job to help customers with their vehicles but we didn't get so much as a check in to see if everything was going ok. Overall a highly disappointing visit. My quick stop in for a small order pickup of 5 sheets of foam insulation turned into a 43 minute stop."
