"When I arrived for my appointment. I was told to wait in my vehicle until a service writer came and checked me in. I waited for 30 minutes as several people who came after me were checked in. I then went to the customer waiting lounge and waited. Just before they closed, a representative came to apologize and said he did not know he was assigned to my vehicle. So I waited longer and then was told the part needed to be ordered. He also stated the door lock actuator was a known issue and could I reschedule when the part arrives. So what sat there for 2.5 hours before they told me the part had to be ordered. I have a new appointment for 3/13/23. I hope the part is there when I arrive. I was told they would call me if it is not. I do not have faith in this and will call them prior to the appointment. Not satisfied so far. Still can’t open drivers side door"

"Very pleased with the time taken at drop off to find out what our concerns were with the issues we were having. They continued to communicate about the progress or any further questions they had. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue another place had said was not able to be fixed."

"I am a bit disappointed with service I received. Unlike previous times, this was not the experience I am use to receiving. An issue that brought me in for service was not addressed, until I insisted that someone correct it before I left . This made me wondered whether or not the other recommendations I received for more work to be performed was legitimate."

"The people are nice and they listen to you. The work we had done was to prevent the truck from using oil. My husband had to keep adding oil and it was making a PING noise. Found this technical service bulletin on YouTube. It worked and so far the truck does not ping and haven’t use a drop of oil. My husband checks every few days. We are very pleased."

"Terrible. They accused me of dropping off the car in the service area without making an appointment after an extensive phone discussion and a text confirmation of the appointment. It felt like they treated my repair as though they were still upset about their appointment mistake. Charged way too much after quoting a different price over the phone. They didn't even fill the tires with air or run it through the car wash despite having the car for three days."
