"I took my puppy out at noon for a walk and was waiting for a pick-up drink, a staff was working at the counter tells me that I can bring her in (tho I didn't), and another staff gave me a cup of whipped cream for her. she enjoyed the treat very much, thank you!"

"PLEASE READ: This beautiful store is a brand NEW state-of-the-art corporate Starbucks coffee shop. (OPENED AUG 2023) At this location, there is NO drive-thru; allowing for a more personal, peaceful coffeehouse atmosphere; perfect for studying or meeting a friend! And staff here are very kind, quick and generous! This location offers: - FREE off-street public-parking garage - outdoor patio - wheelchair-accessible parking, seating and bathrooms - gender neutral bathrooms - electrical outlets for recharging devices - refillable water bottle station - reusable “FOR HERE” cups, plates and cutlery KEEP IN MIND that this store, along with the others in the building, only provide a garage and a very limited amount of stalls in the back lot for public parking. There is no waiting or parking on the street. You will certainly be fined or towed. I repeat, DO NOT park on the street or in front of the garage doors at this location! They provide free parking validation for any customers. Validation is only needed after 30 minutes of being inside the garage, making stopping for your mobile order super simple! Just pull up to the garage to collect a ticket from the machine, park and leave using the same ticket. They will always validate your ticket if you bring it inside so that you do not have to pay the $5/hr charge. All you gotta do is ask! They are very friendly and will help you out."

"Staffed at 2 people, which left 1 person trying to do everything when the other went to the bathroom. It wasn't super busy, so it's maybe understandable, but I had to wait a few minutes at the register to have someone pull up and take my order. The person taking my order didn't give me the credit for bringing my own cup, which I'm mentioning in case they are looking for items to train on. The ambiance was nice (kind of Scandinavian and nature centric). Food is average standard Starbucks."
