"Bad experiance with them. It was impossible to speak with somebody over the phone. Still waiting for full refund because had never received hat that I ordered. I received returning e-mail from them with apology and promises that funds will be refunded back to my account within 5-7 business days. Twenty days I am still waiting and I supposed it will never hapen."

"Very disappointed in 2 Swift Suits. I ordered a hat on their website two weeks ago. The website processed the order and took the money from my credit card. After one week, I still hadn't received notice that the hat had shipped. I called to find out the status of my order, and the owner said, "Oh, that hat is on back order, so we can't get it. I'll have to give you a refund." What? You have products on your website that you sell, but you don't have them in stock? Not a kosher business model, but okay... at least I'll get a refund. But now, one week later... the refund STILL hasn't appeared on my credit card. This store is either sloppy or dishonest (or both.)"
