"I came in with a mobile order. I waited 10 minutes and my order hadn’t popped up yet. I made eye contact with a barista (Mia) to see if she could help me find it. When she came over, she was really rude and when I tried showing her my order and saying I wasn’t seeing it, she assumed I ordered at the wrong location. I assumed she was right since I’m not from the area and apologized if that was the case. When she actually checked my phone, she realized that it had been ordered at the store right store just someone made the order wrong. Instead of apologizing, she made me the wrong drink and didn’t make anymore contact with me again. I just walked out feeling defeated… I already had a terrible day and this interaction made it worse."
