The manager was very knowledgeable about them and apologetic about not having the mower in stock as they had just sold it. That wasn't a big issue as I didn't need it until the following Friday anyhow. So had them order it for me. They got the item for me a couple days later, and I went and picked up the mower that Friday. He immediately recognized me even though we hadn't talked very long. He was multitasking as he was managing what his employees were doing while still helping me out with my questions. Seems like he is a great value to have at that store. They aren't the lowest priced on items compared to big box stores but their customer service far exceeds those places too. Will absolutely be back."
