"There is a reason they have an F on BBB - DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We were long-time Tires Plus fans until our last experience. We had tires ordered online and shipped to the store. Our mistake, we ordered the wrong size. Kim, the manager, made returning these tires as difficult as could be and he was extremely rude throughout the entire process. He even hung up on me when I called to ask why they hadn't shipped out yet. It took over 20 days, 7 calls to corporate, filing a BBB claim after they LOST two of our tires before I even recieved a call from an area manager. A month into this process and we still do not have tires on my vehicle and we are still missing 2 tires. This experience has been a nightmare - awful customer service, no one cares at all, with zero respect for what they have put us through and no desire to make it right. Go somewhere else, do not go to the Oak Creek Tires Plus."

"We took my SUV in for new tires in October of 2023, we had a great experience that day but something seemed off with our SUV after the new tires were put on, but thought maybe it was just the tires, so when we had a nail in our tire we took it in 1/1/24 for that repair and for them to check the issue out. We had three wonderful people helping us, Kim, Zoe and the tech helped figure out the wrong type of tire was put on our SUV and they exchanged the tires for what should have been on there, but the “fighting wind” feeling was still felt, so they changed the brand of tire to make sure we were getting what was needed and safe, at no cost to us. Everyone went above and beyond for our family and we appreciate it!"

"Dropped my truck off for a new set of tires. They called me 30-40 minutes later saying it was ready for pick up. When I got there, I inspected my vehicle and saw there was damage done to the front bumper next to the tire I was having the most problems with. Went back inside to ask if anything happened to my vehicle while it was in their car and they said no, asked if they had cameras and they said no. Had to call corporate to file a claim, still waiting to hear back. I spent almost $1000 on tires and this is how they treat my vehicle which costs more than the product! No shame snd no accountability. Pissed and disappointed."

"We have gone to probably 10 places around Milwaukee and no one has been able or willing to help us. We are a hotshot truck in a hurry to get a load but found a nail in our tire. Their schedule was full but let us borrow a jack to put our spare on. Then since the tire was off they went ahead and got it in for repair!! These people were so unbelievably helpful and understanding. PLEASE BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE they're so kind!"
