"Poor Customer service! Ordered concrete mixers for my family and I they were served to us and looks like one completely Liquid based before we even left the location which I believe is completely unacceptable. If the ice cream machine is down, please let the customers know and make us aware so that we won't order ice cream especially if it's going to come out like a unthaw milkshake very disappointed paid for additional toppings to be added to the concrete mixers and they were not added so again why was I charged for those additional toppings overall just rude and unprofessional service I will speak to attending the Glendale location only from this day forward!"

"Great place, awesome staff. I am from France and only heard about Culver’s after moving to Milwaukee. Honestly, I was surprised by the quality of the food, but more importantly, the service! The staff is always smiling, super nice, and helpful. I’ve already eaten there three times and plan to bring my friends and family when they visit."

"My only complaint is there's usually a half hour drive through wait that can spill over into traffic and cause hazards. Luckily I was able to order and receive food in 10min. The food you know will always be good are the burgers and custard."
