McDonald's

"I was happy with the service I got. There were people at the counter to take in person orders, and the person there was attentive and for lack of a better word happy to be there, and the order was taken quickly and correctly. Best service I have gotten at a McDonald's in years."

"I went here for breakfast and the manager kicked me out at 30 min because I was playing a game on my phone. There was no one else in the restaurant so it is not like there busy. She's the worst manager i have ever encouraged"

"Consistently keeps forgetting items in orders. Food seems to be at room temperature and disappointing. After Covid started the menu became too simple and there really lacks a sense of variety. Absolutely no real healthy options."

"Im pregnant Went here yesterday to get the number 10 during breakfast realized when I got home there was no sauce on the sandwich so I called and the "manager" was argumentative the whole time. Had the nerve to tell me "it couldn't of been wrong because no one else has complained this morning".... um what? She refused to give me her cause "she didn't have to" worst customer service ever & I definitely won't be going back"

"I went to buy two cheeseburgers and they gave them to me without meat, I called the restaurant to complain and no one answered me, I came back to take it and when I told them what happened, they checked them to see if it was true and when they saw that they didn't have the meat they mocked, the manager never showed her face even to say I'm sorry, Then I had to wait for 15 more minutes for them to give me two hamburgers"
