"One of our furnaces at our rental property was starting but not remaining on. The tenant had no heat and I previously used Southport and they were very responsive. I called on a Thursday morning and they were ready to send someone out on Thursday pm but since I couldn’t get there until Friday morning, which they accommodated. I asked to be notified 30 minutes in advance and was notified 45 minutes early. I was surprised to see a text with the picture of the technician (Anthony) announcing that he was on his way. He was professional, efficient, and explained what he fixed and why it happened. I highly recommend Southport and will use them in the future."

I requested a service call to provide a quote on Sunday via their easy to use website and received a call at 7 am the very next morning to let me know that a technician would be here within an hour! Andrew was very knowledgeable and provided us with estimates for a new water heater and a tankless option. We opted to go with the tankless option which will save water & energy - plus we can take advantage of a tax credit.
