"It was close to home which was good. Plenty of merchandise which was good. A bit messy on the other areas, Yes. What I didn't like was that the fitting room was unable for fitting. And the lady I asked too was in no mood to help and can be witnessed in her attitude. I can understand if it's the staffing issue. There was a staff at the entrance which I'm not sure if she's just a greeter, but it wouldn't take that much of an effort to ask one of the floor Staff to be stationed at the fitting room when needed. That's when multitasking comes in. If the staffing is the issue then hire more staff. There's so many that are looking for jobs nowadays. Hire them. I used to work in retail when I was younger and became an store administrator too, I know how it works. You can ask one or two to do multitasking post. It's making people productive. When the fitting room is not in use, sure close it. But when there's a customer needing one, we would appreciate it available."
"The store/employees in itself were not a negative experience. It was the people that shop here that made it this way. EVERY single aisle I walked in had clutter in it, many boxes were either empty or parts missing in them, half the store smelled like marijuana and ending walking out with a contact after 45min of trying to shop. The reason why I didn't give it a 1 star is that the employees were hardworking and doing everything to make the store presentable."
"50+ customers waiting in line to check out but just 1 person working on the counter. 4 other counters were completely closed."
"Found a bath set of rugs W/Shower curtain that was missing shower curtain. Rugs matched what i have at home. they wouldn't mark it down to match other 2 rug sets pricing and took it away from me to reprice and put it back out for sale for later. even though i wanted to buy it then. let my $200-300 order in my cart and left. Never again at this store totally bogus."
"I walked in for the first time in years and was just appalled. I find myself asking the same question quite often in the post-pandemic era: What HAPPENED to this place? What used to be a nice store to browse with clothing, shoes, household items, and seasonal display cases in well-ordered aisles now looks like a tornado-ravaged mess. (See my photos.) Shoes and clothing were flung onto the floor of every aisle. Wall decor was dumped onto the floor and scattered around like trash. Merchandise was tossed onto shelves as if it were a messy child’s room with random items everywhere. The district manager HAS to know about this because of the loss prevention personnel at the front of the store. Someone has to be keeping track of the merchandise flow, even if it's all over the floor of the store. This retailer wants to make sales, but they don’t have the desire to hire employees to stock, shelve, clean, or check-out. Rather than cut their profits to offer living wages to hire enough employees to run the store -- or just close down the store -- they simply don't hire employees at all, so it’s a free-for-all on merchandise with two security guards to prevent people from just grabbing and running. What a mess."
