"We had an absolutely wonderful experience with them. Well, the conditions were kind of terrible lol, we broke down on the side of the road when we were just a couple of hours away from home after a cross-country trip. It was late in the day, and most shops were closed, however we were able to reach somebody here. Right from the start, they were professional and courteous, but they were also friendly and sympathetic of our situation. They were closed when we were finally able to get the vehicle towed, but they looked at it immediately the next day. They maintained great communication and listened when we expressed our concerns. I was really impressed with the fact that they reached out to us before taking certain steps to make sure that we approved. I thought that was very considerate. The van was repaired quickly, and affordably, and they worked with us to figure out a time that we could get down there to pick it up, since we live a couple of hours away . We plan on replacing the tires soon, and even though we live pretty far away, we're actually considering making a little day trip down and dropping off the van here just because we're so happy with the service"
