"They typically have what I need at a fair price. Most of the staff is competent and helpful. Last time I was there I was looking for a specific spray lube. The guy behind the counter was looking on the computer for what seemed like a long time. I'm glad I was patient with him because it turns out he was able to find it for me at a different local store and also gave me several websites to buy it for around a dollar cheaper. I was really impressed that even though he knew they didn't have what I needed he still took the time to help me find what I needed."

"The store has a decent selection and their prices are a little high but not bad if you really need something. The quality of the customer service is hit or miss tho. On my last visit the last ringing me up tried to set up a new rewards account for me even tho I told her that I already have one. She got visibly upset when I told her I wanted her to type my number in and not set up a new account for me. It's a little frustrating because it says to me that they don't value the customer or the rewards program that they offer. I'll only go back if I can't find what I need anywhere else or have a time constraint. Otherwise I'll shop around other businesses to find what I need."
