"I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella sticks and classic beef. not two classic beef. asked for honey mustard. interesting had to say my order three times. had to say ne red sauce more than once. does I will have a classic roast beef. does that sound like two. I give this place a one star because I had to say my order over and over."
"I showed up twice on two different shifts. The early afternoon shift lost two customers ahead of me because they got tired of waiting for someone to take their order. The people at the late afternoon shift, lost three customers ahead of me and I was the 4th. It's not just the prioritization of the drive-thru, it is as if the account of sales they get is enough. Seriously, a regional or district manager needs to review the tapes and see how many customers walk out from waiting too long a day. They have to be missing out on thousands per week. It's not the first time I've been here nor that the first time I saw customers leave after 5 minutes standing in front of a register and not being acknowledged. or be told it'll be over minute and literally watch the same guy mix up the curly fries for three minutes."
"Fill up your car at the Pilot gas pump and fill up your belly at the conjoined Arby's. How convenient! It is widely rumored that Arby's has the meats, and it was my turn to confirm or reject this expression. This time, a Beef and Cheddar sandwich was in order. The bag was delivered rapidly through the drive through window, with a smile and a kind offer of various sauces that I declined. This is a sandwich that doesn't need sauces today - that would surely be gilding an already stunningly beautiful lilly. The paper bag contained the sandwich that I ordered, some nice paper napkins, and my receipt. The sandwich indeed confirmed that Arby's has the meats, and that their mastery of constructing this genre of artful sandwich remains nearly unparalleled. The cheddar sauce and bun were very nice, too. I would heartily recommend this establishment and their superior service because they design, construct, and deliver a nutritious and delicious product at reasonable prices."
