"Went for lunch. Place was half full. We both had double cheese burgers they messed it up. I had to go to the front where they were all standing and talking. Fries were cold and my mom's bacon was soft when she ordered it crisp. We will try again in awhile. Not to happy about them raising the prices again. Good luck hope yours is good."

"Normally this location is NOT one I would review by personal choice. (For professional reasons) A West Bend resident asked me to do so. On 10-07-2020, at 12:00 noon I accompanied someone to have lunch here. I had the steak, eggs and hash browns. During the course of my visit, I took the oppertunity to look around and pay attention. The help was very helpful and polite. The food was great and served exactly as I ordered it. The facility itself was well kept, organized and clean. I found no reason at all to say anything bad at all."
