Taco Bell

"Manager is cool, employees are terrible. Multiple times have ordered food and gotten the wrong meat + no sauce (who tf wants a plain chicken quesadilla??). Today I ordered breakfast on mobile, and when I got there, they told me they stopped prep for breakfast a whole hour before they stopped *serving* breakfast. Then when my wife called (order wasn’t cancelled), the employees were laughing about it while she was on the phone. Wild. Wish I could get paid to act like a high schooler. Do yourself a favor and go to Delavan Taco Bell instead."

"I was NOT greeted when I walked in. I was the only customer and my food took 15 minutes. Maybe more. I started counting after I was already waiting. The restaurant is clean. Cozy atmosphere. I had no issues with the kiosks. My only complaint is service and how long it took for 3 items."

"We stopped in tonight as we had a apt almost right next door. When we first walked in I slid on the floor and the person behind me almost fell. The floor was very slick and it was more then it was wet outside. Then the door slams hard behind us hard. Mind me this is a brand new store. Why is it in such disrepair? We tried to order via the kiosk but it kept saying pin card error. It directed us to the counter and the lady that helped us had to ask someone for help. Seems they are not set up for debit card and I was expected to know to push green to bypass the pin. Ok well my order is placed and I asked for my cups and we went to sit down. They call our order and we ordered 2 different types of grill cheese burritos. First off they made no effort to mark the packages so I know what was what. I had to rip them open to look at them and one clearly said no sour cream and low and behold it had sour cream in it. One of our tacos was ice cold as well. The staff I delt with was friendly enough but it takes more then the staff to make a good experience. I would avoid this store if at all possible."

"I understand the growing pains of a new restaurant, but I don't think it's acceptable to have no one manning the drive thru for 20 minutes. It was well into the morning and I saw at least six cars pull up and drive off after waiting at the window and never being acknowledged. If there was something going on at least notify customers that there will be a delay in service. There were three employees inside and yet no one seeming to notice the stream of customers pulling up and driving off. I eventually cancelled my order, I'm rating 3 stars solely on a previous positive experience."
