"5-22-23 830pm. Worst ever order at wales location. Three foot long subs were not made to order. Hot Sub meat was prepared cold. Barely any vegetables. The kid admitted they didn’t heat the meat. After calling ….was told I couldn’t get reimbursement if I return the subs. Asked to talk to management. They told me they had no management. So I asked what the phone number of the owners were. They told me they could not give it out. I would suggest not to order from this location. The service has been declining and ownership doesn’t hold their employees accountable for their service."
