"Ordered the steak Chalupa combo w/ crispy taco. I always park & eat the taco right away while still crunchy, and after checked the chalupas to make sure they were steak. Both were cold and the shells felt like cardboard; had to microwave at home nearly a minute to soften them up. Paid extra for spicy ranch and got jipped on the amount. It was late night, but that’s no excuse for producing subpar food."
"Paid for 2 large fries and didn't get a large! The workers were wearing gloves and touching the faces and phone and doing stuff but wasn't washing there hands I was very grossed out! Food was really cold! This taco bell is horrible!"
"Waited 30 minutes for 1 $5 box meal and 1 free taco that i ordered on the app. Ordered free taco on wifes app at same time. Didn't get that taco till we were done eating other food. And there were at least 5 people working. So much for fast food. And they were not overly busy."
