"Very rude. I was waiting to park my car. I didn't know tge woman worked there she yelled at Mr that she had to get into the garage. When I walked into the garage before I could walk into the line she again yelled at me where the end was. Avoid at all costs. I'm reporting this to the DMV."

"Quick ,easy, & painless emission testing site in Oak Creek . If u do happen to fail, they have a few options on hand to help you, they do have temporary plates needed for around $8.00 until u can get your car up and ready to pass, stickers and plate renewal all available here as well and they send off all info for vehicle right away to DMV & WISDOT if needed. They are friendly welcoming and professional , they definately have a warm energy that is makes you feel comfortable even during having anxiety with emissions( we all know how stressful it can be for a pain in the butt code that causes a fail and not being able to have up to date stickers! )Definately been there and done that , however this year was easy- peasy-lemon- squeezy especially having gone to Oak Creek Automotive !!! All the right stuff, great mechanics , zero hassle !!! Our family definately loves you guys and you can most definately ensure that we will be customers for life here !"

"Stated online open until 6 pm. Drove 35 minutes to get emissions tested. Sign on door states emissions closes at noon on friday. It's really nice keeping your info updated. Will not return for any emissions or otherwise."

"Had an appointment for early August .waited over a month to get the appointment. That’s fine. They said I needed heads done..expensive, .Dropped the car off and didn’t take it apart until September 9th they left it apart and rolled it out side for 3 weeks. ..started putting it back together, got 90% complete.. stopped and worked on other things.(repeatedly). 3 weeks later, the get the car back together, and it ran the same but worse. Got my car back late October.Couldn’t take anymore excuses as to why they’re not working on my car and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong, and charged me more. Took it to another mechanic. Terrible communication. FYI Look at all the generic responses under complaints.. exactly the same. That’s the level of customer care they have."

"We were a bit nervous to try a new automotive shop, especially for something that we knew would be costly. I was blown away by how amazing this place is. They called us and informed us of what was wrong with my wife’s SUV. They gave us a price and an expected time. They were spot on! Cost was great, and they finished the work when they said they would. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. When we picked up her SUV, the staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. They do emissions as well, which I was unaware of."
