"They need to be shut down. Paid for motor back in Dec of 2023 and still haven't gotten it yet. Fake as business taking hard working Americans money. 12 year Army Vet. lets send a message and get the word out there to let other hard working veterans know to stay away from this business and the other 9 names that are associated to essentially be the same lousy business."

"Don't deal with these clowns. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. After 4 weeks with no feedback, I called them several times leaving messages for someone to give me a status update. Even left a voice mail for a manager with call back info. After 5 weeks I never heard from anybody. I cancelled the order and was told my refund would go to my card in 5-7 business days, even though it took them 2 days to charge my card. After not seeing a refund after 10 days, I had to call and threaten legal action. Guess what....my card was refunded the same day. These guys are true clowns. Save yourself the grief! I wouldn't buy a lugnut from them..."

"Stay away from this company. I ordered an engine over the phone then called back 15 minutes later to cancel and they charged me almost $900 in restocking fee when there was nothing to restock. They stole my money and a dispute sided with them. Looking at small claims court to sue them. They never disclosed this to me until after I requested a cancellation. Then it was too late. I would’ve been happy to pay the 3% transaction fee, but stealing almost $900 from me for a restocking fee that never happened should be illegal and fraud."

"I bought an engine for my mother's car on 10/09/23 and today is 11/02/23 and I'm still receiving emails stating that they have not yet shipped my product. I just got off of the telephone and the lady told me that I would not be able to speak with anyone in shipping nor the manager. I'm afraid that I am about to be out of $2,670.00 after purchasing a product in good faith from this business. I'm beyond frustrated with this whole process and expect for it to be resolved urgently."

"Def should of read more reviews. Went 2 weeks after ordering and than got email saying order was canceled a blessing in disguise. Horrible communication skills as a whole. Every person was so rude and were so quick to pass you on to the next person. I will most definitely be telling friends and customers to never use this company. Would have better luck with a junkyard!"
