"The lady was very rude and yelled at me when I asked for sausage and she thought I said pepperoni. Instead of just switching to a sausage slice, she argued with me that I said pepperoni and would not help me. I left and got a pizza from subway for my 2 year old who only likes sausage pizza."

"came here to pick up a doordash order. was immediately yelled at for being there too early when the order isn’t supposed to be picked up for another 20 minutes. this wait time is a problem I only seem to have with sbarro in particular so whatever they need to do to get their timing down would be great. also judging by the other reviews i’m not alone in thinking the attitude of the employees is ridiculous."

"I work at the mall and I was grabbing a bite to eat. I ordered the stromboli and while I was eating, I felt something hard. I took out the piece I was eating and saw a staple on my pizza. After that experience, I don't think I'll be able to eat there again."

"Terrible delivery order, TWICE ! They can't seem to pay attention to online orders and when you call about it you get told it's not their problem, two different times I ordered delivery and items were missing and wrong, money lost ! The night manager is RUDE and should not be working there. The cake I got was stale and disgusting and there was hair in my stromboli...YUCK ! The owner that keeps commenting on these reviews needs to actually do something instead of replying with an automated message. I wouldn't have had to choose delivery if not for every time going in person it was closed when online said they were open, if I could give no stars it would have been done."
