"Absolutely Deluxe! Jesse usually works the San Diego store; but as excellent a customer service guy as he was, I'm certain it's that awesome in general there. I had some intimidation about going there as just a run-o-th-mill person, having nothing to do with the restaurant industry. Turns out; the big Public Welcome sign out front is for real. After a good deal of roaming around and being generously assisted, came up with some purchases I'm mighty happy with, say nothing of just what a Cool time it was just cruisin' through the joint. I've no doubt it's very much the Real McCoy for serious folks in the industry as well. Be sure and ✓ em out"

"I dropped off five knives for their professional sharpening service. Turn around time was excellent, I was able to pick them up in exactly 24 hours. 4 out of 5 knives came out perfect. The 5th knife was almost perfect, but there was still a considerable burr hanging off the edge that I had to strop off. Overall I'm satisfied and I think their knife sharpening service is a great value. Will bring them back again for sharpening next time."

"My first time. Went in to buy a gift certificate for a birthday present and was immediately helped! Very friendly! I did take a quick look around. Clean, neat and tidy store. Warning...there are no public bathrooms available so plan your trip accordingly. I will be back so I can take my time and really check out all that they have."

BTW you don't need a business or restaurant to buy here, I get everything for my home kitchen here too. Everything from cutting boards french tops to spoons to bone saws!"
