"Great Service. Called late on Saturday about 2 Front Tire Replacements. They were in stock and scheduled first thing on Sunday. They also were able to fix a rear tire without replacing. Prices and service were within my budget. Thanks."

"I'd do zero if I could. Tried to book online. Four phone calls later, I finally had an appointment. They didn't seem to know what an engine tune up even was. Show up, and they tell me it would be more than 500$ for JUST plugs and wires and could take three to four hours. I'm sorry, that doesn't even make sense. I proceeded to go back to the house and as an uneducated 30 year old woman do them myself for less than 100$ in parts in just over an hour and a half. Do not let them pull this scam. Clearly, labor isn't that hard. Called to other local places and got multiple quotes for 200$ or less."

"Had low air on one tire due to weather. Made appointment online for 3 pm. Got there and was told I couldn’t get seen today. Never got a phone call but was just told no one available. This is super frustrating because it would have take all of 5 min (since I was able to go to another Firestone and the guy did it for me in that time. The gentleman at the desk of this location was rude and gave me no other answer but I couldn’t be seen. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on."

"Such an excellent experience! Service Advisor Mike was extremely helpful. Great prices too! He saw to it that my tire that they only had 4 left was delivered from 27th to 76th and in the process of replacing toped windshield fluid, air in tires and even replaced my stolen air cap to my flat tire. Again great experience I have ever received on any of my vehicles that I ever owned didn't even have a appointment. Could not be happier! Thanks Firestone on 76th in Greenfield WI"

"Made appointment 8 days in advance, only to be kept waiting 3.25 hours to be told they didn't have part, and would not have part for another 6 hours. They then kept me waiting another 25 minutes when I asked them to simply return my vehicle so I could leave. Obviously they don't need business from me."
