"If you order on the app, well ahead of time, you’ll be fine. If you walk into the store to order, every single time they all stare at you and don’t acknowledge you. They make you stand there for close to 10 minutes before someone even walks to take your order. They only prioritize their drive thru. Then if you order something and they don’t have it, they won’t reimburse you, they tell you to request through their app for a reimbursement. Go to the other Dunkin’ Donuts nearby. This service is continuously slow service."

"I’ve been coming here since it opened because it is close to my work. I usually grab a coffee and a couple dozen donuts for my teams but today when I went to the drive thru I went to ask for a dozen with 6 chocolate, 6 random and the chick at the mic said they don’t do that and I’d have to come inside. Which defeats the purpose of hitting a drive thru. I have my baby in the car and it’s not super convenient to just walk inside. I’ve never had this problem at any other Dunkin’ Donuts. But like what?! I can’t choose my donuts? Update: Called today to confirm before going and they said it was poor management and that they will let you choose your donuts now. Thank goodness, thank you for fixing that. Changing to 4 stars because the owner fixed the policy ASAP."

"I have never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before and I never will again. Get some quality control on the people you hire, I had to repeat my order 4 times and the only thing they got right, OUT OF 4 ITEMS, was the Iced Coffee. They forgot a sandwich, gave us the wrong sandwich and forgot a drink, then made it wrong. The sandwich we did receive was nearly warm and had some flavors buried in there somewhere. I get that it is fast food and can only be so good, but wow..."

"Ordered thru drive thru and that went smoothly. What I ordered was not what I asked for. The coffee was supposed to be a latte and I was drinking a hot chocolate. The donuts did not taste fresh when I ordered them hard and tasted a day stall. Two cars behind me and I asked for a receipt but was never given one. The male and female working seemed more interested in chit chatting among themselves. Poor customer service I felt with the money I spend here the service needs some re-training"

"Only filled my cup up 3/4 of the way. When questioned, was told that's how they make it now. Not getting what you pay for is a joke. Was a frequent customer but will not be returning."
