"This could be a great place if the got a good management team because the managers flat out SUCK!!! Wings are very good but the pizza is absolutely terrible. It's really sad when Kwik Trip, a gas station, has better pizza. This place is ripe for a episode of Undercover Boss because it's making the whole chain look horrible."

"Cannot overstate how terrible our experience here was. The waitress was so slow and couldn't properly take an order. When she first came over, she asked what we wanted to drink. I said "we'll start with 6 waters" and she walked away without waiting for the rest of the order. When she came back again, someone asked for a beer, and once again, without getting the rest of the drinks order, she walked away, taking at least 5 minutes to bring a beer back. Then the same thing happened with taking orders for appetizers--she got one order, walked away, and then the rest of the table had to wait until she returned some time later to put in their order. Then we didn't see or hear from anyone for ages. Finally, a manager came out with the apps and I asked if we could please place orders for entrees. He said he'd send the waitress over. After some time, she returned and took that order. In the meantime, half of the apps plates were returned because they were dirty, and we never got new ones. Only half of the table got silverware. All of the food was barely edible; fries over salted, salmon overcooked, "brown rice" of dubious sourcing, and vegetables that had clearly been dumped out of a frozen bag and reheated. The dinner rolls were so stale they were also inedible. Some of the meal did get comped, but it was such a horrible dining experience, I regret paying any money for both food and service. The music was so loud and overpowering in the dining area as well that the arcade area was actually a quieter respite. The pricing is also a complete joke--everything is terribly overpriced (salad bar at dinner time is over $15). Do not go here!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last month we celebrated my son's birthday here and Millie made it an unforgettable experience! Her attention to detail and excellent service (she even cut and plated our cake for us) were truly remarkable. The pizza was good, and the kids had an absolute blast in the arcade. We'll definitely be coming back for her amazing service. Thank you, Millie, for making our celebration so special. If I could give you more then 5 stars I would!"

He was super nice, sweet and good looking ;) He did some magic tricks at our table! It was very impressive. Super sweet guy and loved the whole experience. "Great atmosphere especially for families. Felt welcomed and kind staff. Food was great. Salad bar was my favorite. Loved all the soup options and the massive salad bar. Kids loved the arcade. Our new favorite spot!"
