"Called in just to ask a simple question (asked if they allow customers to bring in their own parts) and lady on the phone was extremely rude for no reason. All that has to be said is a friendly “no we don’t, sorry”. Made me laugh and say out loud “well that was rude” as she hung up."

"Charged almost 500 dollars just for labor, not including parts and didn’t even fix the problem. Brought it back just for them to basically tell me there was nothing they could do and sent me on my way. Didn’t even make it back home before it stopped and my lights came back on. Called them right away and they said they’d call back and never did. Very unprofessional and rude cuz they didn’t know how to fix a problem but stole my money.
