"To start of I was looking for center caps for my Touareg. I came across this site, the reviews looked good so I ordered from this company. I got my order great, it’s after that is why I’m leaving this review. When I myvwpart center caps did not match up to the one I had left I called at least three times and then looked on there website for an email address to get in touch with them and get a return authorization form, they would not respond. I emailed them three times as well. Finally after leaving a bad review on there website they finally contacted me by email giving me the form for return. So then I decided to email them back and ask if I could send my old center cap back with new ones and kept being told that there catalog would not allow there company to mail wrong parts. When I sent numerous more emails showing there catalog is wrong I have not heard anything back since. I have sent the pictures showing the difference between the two and according to the company I’m wrong"
