"Five below is what it is. My son loves the place because he can get trinkets for a few bucks. This one, however, is terrible. We had an issue using a gift card he received, and couldn't find anyone to help. The registers were completely unattended."
"The store manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me with an order issue. What could have been something stressful turned into a wonderful display of solid customer service."
"The store was a mess! I only saw on employee that was wearing jeans with holes in his jeans and that looked really bad. I'm not sure if a dress code is inforced at that store but it doesn't look like it. I worked at the store in the falls and there the store was always clean and all employees wore decent pants. If jeans had holes in them the holes weren't huge and big enough for both knees to be showing. I would rather drive to the falls to shop then here because you would almost always be able to find an employee and it's a lot cleaner."
"I gave them a $20 bill I had just gotten and the machine didnt accept it. I then asked a lady to help me and she did. However, then she checked it for a counterfeit. Then this white came over and said, “That’s clearly fake!” and as a brown person, I think that was clearly racial profiling. After that, they said, “Go to Qdoba, they’ll accept it.” Very iffy situation, horrible customer service."
