"Went to get my check engine light checked and the guy seemed uninterested and seemed to not know what he was doing. He ran the test and didn't really know what was wrong. And, when he finally told us what was wrong he didn't have the parts in store and didn't know exactly what parts to get. But on a more positive note he was nice and did get the job done."

"The only reason I gave it one star, is because I can't give it none. And I guess they have better (later) hours than the other auto parts stores in the area. Because of that, I have used them a few times. Unless you are desperate, or just need something off the shelf and simple like a quart of oil or something, save yourself the headache and frustration. If they have any employees that know anything at all, sorry for this review. But I have never dealt with them. This place is the real life version of the "clueless parts store guy meme". I could go on and on. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. And if you have to go. And the clueless drones behind the counter actually figure out how to use the computer so they can get you your parts out of the back, and after handing you the wrong part three times, tell you they have to have it sent over from "the other store", consider yourself lucky if "the other store" gets it right. The 4 or 5 times I have used this place it was always a huge headache. To the point it is just plain sad."
