"Well, I visited Madison Automotive for the first time since the truck needed some work. I must say it was a very delightful experience. I met Mark in the morning, dropped off my truck, and he even got me a ride to work. The nice thing was that when they found the issue, he told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. All said and done, I was greeted with great customer service, which in today's market can be tough to find. If you are looking for a quality auto repair shop, don't just take my word for it. Stop on in and let Madison Automotive show you what they have to offer."

"Mark Reish and the shop ( Robbed ) me of my money. I Sent my car in to get engine repaired , there was 2 codes that came up (P0221) and (P0121) because the Traction control and stabilizer ligth came on the dashboard and the car shut down. All the shop did was change the Battery.. and said the car is fixed all they did was clear the codes in the car so you can't see the Indicator lights on the dashboard. When i drove off the lot from Maddison Automotive, 10mins later my car shut down on the highway and the same traction control and stabilizer lights came back on the dashboard.. the car was never fixed and charged me $490 for that battery that they said they changed... they will lie and Deceive you just to get money."

"Very disappointed in the company's overall approach. Mark's know it all attitude, lack of attention to detail, and lack of positive customer service is very noticeable. He's very quick point out he has 43 years of experience but has a REAL difficult time listening to a customer on ANY level. Perhaps he should realize God provided him with 2 ears and one mouth for a reason. This was my second time trying Madison Automotive and it will be my last. Pretty sure the feeling is mutual as I was pretty angry with the entire process. I received no value by taking my vehicle to this company for repair. I was told by Mark, "Madison Automotive has all the business they can handle". Not sure why you would tell a customer this; When I had my business, I made sure my customers were the most important thing to my business not how busy I was or any problems I might be having. I NEVER made excuses for how much business I had. This would make ANY customer want to go somewhere else. I would rather give my business to someone who needs it and provides value to their customers!!! Make sure you're aware, if you walk in Madison's front door, Mark knows EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING. I doubt you will have to explain what might be wrong with your vehicle as he will know before you arrive. If you need a vehicle repaired, I would look for other alternatives as Madison Automotive has "all the business they can handle" I appreciate value, I received none from this company."
