"They were out of chips... how? The biscuit that my daughter got with her meal was hard as a rock. Her Mac and cheese was ice cold (it was the first thing she ate). The restrooms were filthy. We won't go back."

"I know they are really trying, but this place just needs to be put out of its misery, honestly. You wait 15 minutes for a totally normal order and half the food is cold..."

"There's signs always say open there's always vehicles there however they're never open, or their headsets don't work and they don't hear you in the drive-thru. They never have chicken or they're only serving tacos that day it's always something with this restaurant I feel bad for the employees because the owner clearly doesn't care ."

"Today, September 21, 2023. I called taco bell to complain. The worker guaranteed all was made fresh, our always favorites Mexican pizza and nacho bell grande were rancid, the oil needs changing and smelled rancid. The pizzas were drenched in red sauce and too hard old to even bite through. Was not cut through. The tacos hard shells were good for my parents. Wasted 51 dollars there. We will never return. We are locals."

"Dinning area was very dirty every table was dirty and food on the floor. They wernt busy so not sure why dinning area wasn't being cleaned. Had some questions about how to do the self order kiosk and no one would help us, when I got our ordermy daughter went and ordered nachos and she was getting her drink when they were done the lady yelled the number and my daughter said ok ill be right their, the lady continued to yell the number w attitude looking right at my daughter. So I told her she will be right their the lady then slammed down the tray and walked away. The chips were stale and she's was cold and clumpy. My and my sons tacos were so full of grease thy were dripping. It was just a bad experience all around. We will not be returning."
